Methodology

The time-of-week and temperature model is trained using hourly energy usage intervals and predicts in hourly intervals for use on short-term baselines.

This model is closely related to the original LBNL Time-of-Week and Temperature (TOWT) Model as described in the CalTRACK methodology. The key difference from the CalTRACK model is that this one is a single month model, not three month weighted.
